Flex Fights Shop – Return & Refund Policy

Flex Fights Shop products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. Because of this, we operate under a strict but fair return policy. Please read carefully before throwing spinning backfists at your keyboard.

🚫 All Sales Are Final (Yes, Really)

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the very specific situations listed below.

Once your order is placed, production begins. Once production begins, it cannot be stopped. Once it ships, it is officially yours.

✅ The Only Times We Will Fix It

We will replace the item or issue a refund only if:

  1. There is a misprint or printing error
    (Wrong design, incorrect text, upside-down logo, or anything that clearly should not have passed quality control.)

  2. The item arrives with a manufacturing defect
    (Damaged fabric, defective seams, poor print quality, or other flaws caused during production.)

If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • Proof that you did not suplex the package yourself

Once approved, we will work with Printful to replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

❌ What We Do NOT Accept Returns For

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • “It fit differently in my head”

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Deciding later that you don’t like the design

  • Weight cuts, bulk cycles, or mid-life fitness epiphanies

  • “My friend said this size would work”

  • Any item that is otherwise printed and delivered correctly

If the product is correct and undamaged, the sale is final.

📏 Sizes Exist for a Reason

 Please review them carefully before ordering. Printful prints what you order — not what you meant to order.

Once ink hits fabric, there is no return due to sizing regrets.

This policy is compliant with Printful’s fulfillment standards and applicable consumer protection laws for custom-made goods.

If we made a mistake, we will fix it.
